Gajar ka halwa Bharat ki most famous mithaiyo me se ek hai or ise kai jagah “Gajrela” bhi kaha jata hai. yah Bharat ki Classic Sweet dish hai jo ki easy to make or khane me bhi bhot Delicious hai. yah dish jayadatar Winter Season me uttar bharat me bnai jati hai lekin aap payenge ki yah mithai lagbhag India ke sabhi function or party me serve ki jati hai. iske alawa bhi bhot sari esi mithaiya hai jo ki Bharat ke har kone me famous hai like Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Jalebi, Kaju Katli.

Gajar ka Halwa kya Hai?

Halwa sabad Arabi bhasa ka sabad hai jiska matlab hai esi mithai jo ghee or sugar me bnai jati hai or kyunki yah Gajar se banta hai isliye ise Gajar ka halva bola jata hai.

Taaza Gajar ko kaddukash kijiye or ise full fat wale dudh me ubaliye or jab yeha pak kar ghadha ho jaye toh isme chini or ghee mila lijiye or aap ise jayada tasty & sughandit banana chahte hai toh isme ilaychi powder or kaddukash kiya hue nariyal ke sath kishmish or kaju – badam bhi mila sakte hai.

Khoya Gajar Halwa :- agar aap chahte Hain ki aap Khoya ya Mava ko milakar Gajar ka halva banaye to uske liye aapko dudh ko Khoya / mava banane tak dhimi aanch per pakana hoga yah sadharan gajar ka halwa banane se adhik samay lega agar aapko jaldi banana hai to aap dukaan se khoya ya condensed milk Kharid kar use kar sakte hain 

Samgree

  • 800 g lal Gajar (kaddukas ki Hui)
  • 1 Cup Khoya ya condensed milk 
  • 5 table spoon Desi Ghee 
  • 6 – 9 ilayachi pisi hui hari ilayachi
  • 10 – 12 kaju kate hue 
  • 10 – 2 badam kate hue 
  • 1 – chutki Kesar powder 
  • Apne swad ke anusar chini ya gudd

Gajar ka Halwa Khoya kese Banaye | Gajar ka Halwa Banane ki vidhi with Khoya

  • sabse pahle ek Heavy kadhai ko halki dhimi aanch per rakhkar garm kar lijiye.
  • uske bad kadhai mein Ghee aur aadha ilayachi powder dal kar Aanch ko badha do.

 

  • uske bad kaddukas ki hui Gajar ko kadhai mein dalkar mila do.
  • kadhai ko dhak kar gajar ko tab tak pakaiye jab tak  Gajar naram Na Ho jaaye aur bich bich mein hilate rahiye taki halwa jalkar kar kadhai ke niche na lag jaaye.
  • thoda samay pakane ke bad jab aapko kinaron per Ghee dikhai de to aanch ko dhimi kar ke bacha hua ilayachi powder Or khoya ko Mila kar sabko ek sath pakayen
  • halve mein se nikalne wale chhinto se bachne ke liye lagatar hilate rahe

  • halve mein mithaas laane ke liye chini ya gud ka istemal Karen 
  • jab halwa chini ya gud ke sath pakkar taiyar Ho jaaye to usmein kate hue kaju, badam or kesar dalen
  • kuch time ke bad yah halwe ke jaisa dikhne lagega 
  • agar aapko isko aur gadha banana hai to aap ismein kata hua Sukha mava dalkar pakate rahen
  • acche se pakane ke bad aanch band kar den

  • 5 Cup fresh Gadha dudh
  • 5 table spoon desi ghee 
  • 6 – 9 ilayachi pisi Hui hari elaichi
  • 10-12 kaju kate hue 
  • 10 -12 badam kate hue 
  • 1 chutki Kesar powder 
  • 100 gram gud ya swad anusar

Gajar ka Halwa with Milk Recipe | Gajar ka Halwa without Khoya Recipe

Gajar ka halwa dudh ke sath kaise banaen ya Bina khoya ke gajar ka halva kaise banaye ?

  • sabse pahle ek Heavy kadhai ko halki dhimi aanch per rakhkar garm kar lijiye 
  • uske bad kadhai mein ghee aur aadha ilayachi powder dal kar aanch ko badha do
  • uske bad kaddukas ki hui Gajar or Milk ko kadhai mein dalkar pakao
  • lagbhag 30 se 45 minut pakane ke bad dudh gadha hona shuru ho jaega 
  • is mishran Ko jab tak pakate rahe Hain jab tak yah toght na ho jaaye aur bich bich mein hilate rahiye taki jalkar kar kadhai ke niche Na lag jaaye
